A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking. This booking fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
For any event cancelled within 24 hours, without notice, we will terminate the booking. Cancelling an event with more than 72 hours notice will allow you to keep a credit on file for a future booking.
What happens if it rains?
Any cancellation will result in loss of the 50% non-refundable retainer.
In the case of rain/wet weather, the Client has up to 72 hours prior to the Event to decide if they want to make alternate arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event.
The Client has a 6 month limit following the cancelled event for rescheduling and must be of equal or higher value.
How long is the picnic booking?
All picnic bookings come with a 2 hour rental, for each additional hour a $50 fee will apply.
What comes with my booking?
For all picnic bookings it will include a large area rug, mats, pillows for each person, large wood table, table decor, candles, individual food boxes, plus set up and take down.
